Can I reorder photos within an album?
Yes — In the desktop version choose “Arrange yourself” and drag photos into your preferred order.
Can I reorder albums?
Yes — drag and drop albums in the desktop version to reorder them.
How do I set my default upload album?
Inside Account Settings → Album Settings, choose the album you want as the default.
Why did some guests’ photos go into the wrong album?
Uploads from the app default to your “default upload album” unless a guest manually selects a different one.
Can guests add captions or comments?
Yes guests can add comments and favourite the photos they like.
Can I limit who can upload photos?
You can choose to share the upload link only with selected guests, or change your guest password at any time to restrict access. Changing the guest password will effect all guests so you'll need to let them know the new password.
Can I disable upload approval?
Yes — toggle the “approve all photos before they go live” setting in your dashboard.
How do I approve pending photos?
Go to your “Pending Photos” section, review each item, and click Approve.
What does “pending” mean on photos?
If you turn on approval mode, guest uploads appear as “pending” until you manually approve them.
Can guests upload during the wedding (live)?
Yes — live uploads are supported, particularly through the app.
